Gas ovens GGF guarantee optimal baking, exactly the same as in wood-burning stoves.

7 models are available: 3 are designed for a 30 cm pizza, and 4 for a 36 cm diameter pizza.

The baking chamber is completely made of stainless steel. The side deflectors placed in it direct heat to the upper part of the baking chamber, and then to the products.
